With Carlos Tevez in hat-trick scoring form, and Burnley’s home fortress looking a lot less impregnable since Brian Laws took over, there’s a decent chance Roberto Mancini may get the result he wants.

Wigan will point to the sending off of Caldwell on 71 minutes as the turning point, but City fans won’t care as we maintained our chase for a Champions League place.
